Goji Life Yup, you read it right. Snack in dished. This will help you have a proper sugar level and maintain you from dizzy spells and so on. Also, snacking will keep you from getting too hungry between mealtimes so help you control urge for food during lunch/dinner. But of course, as soon as you snack, snack healthy!
